If you love movies and no other option is available. Then This is the place to see movie with mostly all difficulties. Apart from friendly staff. Nothing is much great about this place and no walkway to walk in to movie theater. Only car parking underground way used to walk in. No AC at all. Never coming back again.
Dirty theater and poor sound quality and unfriendly staff. Who always argue with customers.
Horrible. The lady there was really rude and seemed less interested in any customers. Very rude. Never coming back here ever again. She specifically needed an ID of my age of 17, my birthday shown, even if I did have a ID with my graduate date. Horrible. It's half a one star. Wouldn't let me little brother in either , with me. Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. Only the woman, the staff would be friendlier. With her additude, she attracts less customers, horrible.
I got fired from that place on my day off, all I did was use the employee bathroom to do my business than after it smelled like weed after I left. I was last seen and was called to see the manager if I did it, I said no but he still wanted me to tell him if I did and couldn't accept no as my answer so I falsely admit to it, and than he wanted me to get rid of the smell and so I did and after he told me to get a mop to clean it. I wasn't even working so why would I clean the bathroom. The management in this place is full of bs, they cant fix anything and the place is loaded with cockroaches. Especially the food, they use old popcorn and serve it, the tenders and fries are bought from shoprithe, and the soda towers are crawling with roaches. Even the ice they put in has roaches as well. I don't know how this place is still running knowing how bad there service is. Only the floor staff and I are friendly to the customers and we barely can get a promotion cause of the money there trying to save. Overall the place sucks and no one should go there, you might as well spend your money at kerosotes instead of this bs.
I have to concur with some of the other feedback left by others on this cinema. Staff acts like they don't wanna be there or just rather be doing something else. Service with a smile...Yeah right! But that being said the screens and overall theatre are actually pretty good. It's unfortunate because when you describe a place like this, a service based business, you cannot leave out customer treatment and satisfaction. I would do a four star but not at this present time. I realize these jobs are not taken by law degree graduates or med school students but an effort has to be made to make the consumers/theatre goers comfortable. Wouldn't you like to see us spending money there again? That's what it would take.
