I have been with good friend for about a year now, and it is great. The facility is super clean and is very comfortable to unload your stuff. Has sufficient parking to allow many people to come at once. The front desk is very nice, Denise who is always there when I go is a pleasure to see. She is a sweetheart and very professional and loves to have a good conversation with her customers. Definitely my top storage place I've been a part of, and we've tried a few already. North Bergen Good Friend storage is honestly a great place to store your stuff, very secure with amazing staff.
Very nice staff, so incredibly kind, thoughtful, and attentive. Ely and Denise were so great. When you have a storage unit business with amazing people it makes the experience worthwhile and is a benefit beyond the other competitors. Also their prices are competitive and fair!
Denise was fabulous, like working with your mom. I felt so comfortable from walking in finding out information about the place to moving in with my movers- she did her best to make it as quick and easy as possible for me.
